While on a trip to the mountains, I came in contact with a Sage who had been practicing yoga for most of his life. Despite his age, his skin looked taut and his physique was ripped. It seemed as if he spent most of his time at the Gym! However, that certainly was not the case. He told me that he had a strict Yoga and Meditation routine, had been on a Rainbow Coloured Food Diet all of his life. When I asked him who advised him regarding this particular diet, he simply smiled and said… what looks good will most likely taste good as well!
Sometimes, health and fitness tips are extremely simple. We just tend to complicate them with too many suggestions. While that Sage sits on the mountain top meditating, we strive to achieve Nirvana somewhere between the written word and the concrete blocks :-)
